When Jaschenka moved to Belgrade with her daughter a year and a half ago, it wasn't a random decision, it was a strategic move.
Born and raised in Rotterdam, she always knew one thing: she would never work for a boss. Already at four years old she would say: "I'm the boss." That mindset didn't disappear, it turned into action.
What began as a natural ability to connect people, opportunities, and value developed into a strong foundation in sales, a skill that enabled her to build several businesses from scratch.
Today she is the founder of Probiznis Solutions and SpotlightSerbia.rs platforms created to help entrepreneurs in the health and beauty industry in Belgrade take control of their businesses, attract higher-quality clients, and build long-term stability through digital ownership.
But this is not her first success story, it is her most refined one to date.
